These Trade Download Terms apply to documents and resources made available by Creluz Tec through the trade area, including catalogues, installation manuals, selected technical information, planning references and other professional materials.

Access and approval

Trade access is reserved for approved professional partners, such as planners, architects, installers, electricians, retailers, project partners, hospitality clients, property developers or other B2B contacts accepted by Creluz Tec.

Submitting an access request does not create an automatic right to access, documents, prices, discounts or commercial conditions. Access is reviewed manually and may be granted, limited, refused or withdrawn by Creluz Tec.

Permitted use

Approved users may use trade materials internally and project-related for product evaluation, planning, specification, quotation preparation, coordination with Creluz Tec and professional project communication.

Materials should be used only in the context of legitimate professional or project-related activities.

No unauthorised redistribution

Trade materials may not be published, resold, uploaded to public platforms, made available through open download links, modified, rebranded or redistributed without prior permission from Creluz Tec or the relevant rights holder.

Project-related sharing with internal colleagues or directly involved professional project parties may be permitted where necessary for the relevant project, provided that the materials are not made public or used outside the approved context.

Technical accuracy

Download materials are provided for orientation and professional coordination. Product specifications, installation requirements, compatibility, availability and current product data may change and must be verified before ordering, specifying or installing products.

Manufacturer documentation and official product resources may be updated independently of the Creluz Tec website.

Prices and conditions

Price lists and general discount structures are not provided as open brand-level downloads. Prices, discounts, availability, delivery terms and trade conditions are confirmed individually by Creluz Tec depending on customer status, trade segment, project context and scope.

No information in the trade area constitutes a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in writing by Creluz Tec.

Partner brand materials

Documents relating to WELLTHERM, HEATSCOPE, ISOLED or other partner brands may remain the property of the respective manufacturer, brand owner or rights holder. Brand names, images, documents, trademarks and product information must be used in accordance with the relevant rights and permissions.

Withdrawal of access

Creluz Tec may restrict or withdraw trade access if materials are misused, redistributed without permission, used outside the approved professional context or if the commercial or technical basis for access no longer applies.
